their family portrait taken due to a number of different circumstances.
Many people come to us with old family photographs which are sometimes
in excellent condition and can easily be reproduced but more often are
torn, stained, creased and faded and frequently a combination of all of
these things.
At The Garth Dawson Studio we can repair even badly damaged examples,
using the latest computer technology, combined with many years
experience of retouching. We can restore photographs to their original
condition and even 'improve' them by removing unwanted elements like
distracting backgrounds.
By combining over 20 years experience in conventional photographic
retouching with the very latest dedicated computer software we can
restore virtually any photograph, no matter how badly damaged, to its
original condition.
All work is done on the premises by ourselves. There is no risk of
